She is the founder of the association Supereroi printre noi (Superheroes Among Us), an association with 11 years of experience working with neurodivergent people and people with disabilities.
In 2022, she received the LEAD Award for Emerging Leaders, awarded by the Kennedy Center – The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts (USA), which recognizes people who promote the inclusion of people with disabilities in arts and culture.
