Olga Macrinici is a queer, disabled, and neurodivergent theatremaker and researcher working across Romania and the UK.

Their work centres the participation and belonging of underrepresented communities in the arts, shaped by lived experience and collaboration within the Arts and Disability scene with Deaf, Disabled, and Neurodivergent artists. Olga’s PhD at UAL explores intersectional dramaturgy for Eastern European artists in UK theatre. In 2026, with Jonathan Meth, they co-authored the British Council’s Arts and Disability in Romania scoping study
